CONSULTATION
The purpose of the initial consultation will be to discuss all details of your required creative and or print services.
Studio 19 Design + Print offers personalized graphics and creative concepts to reflect your unique brand, message or occasion.
QUOTE, CUSTOM DESIGN CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Upon completion of consultation a Quote Contract will be completed for reviewal. This will outline the cost of the services based
on the details of the consultation, as well as an approximate time line for your order. If you decide to move forward, we require
a signed Quote as well as a 50% non-refundable deposit, of the final amount to proceed with the design and or print process.
DESIGN PROCESS
Shortly after, you will receive your digital design via PDF for you to review and comment on. Again, these design concepts will reflect the details from consultation. You’ll be able to send us your comments, which will then be incorporated into a first revision of the design concept. Three rounds of changes at no additional cost. Any changes after that will have an additional charges.
APPROVAL & PRODUCTION ON FINAL DESIGN
Once approval has been received the printing process will begin. At this point, final payment is required. An estimated time frame regarding the final product will be provided.
